Lady's Breakfast!

The women in the church have a breakfast and study every Tuesday and started again after the holidays.
 Usually the breakfast were rotated in different houses every week! But this time is gonna be at the  churche building and have cookies and coffee while we study!!!
Esperanza Rubio one of the missionaries woman gave the class! and We read the whole Gospel of Mark and I Love it!
The next few weeks we will study chapter by chapter and I'll let you know more of what we learn!!!

Chunky Chicken Noodle(Rice) Soup!!

Last night was very cold and Ben was craving a Hot soup!! He found a good recipe on Internt and i wanted to share it with you!!!!

P.S: I added a medium potato and I change noodles for rice!!!!

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup diced carrots
• 1/4 cup diced celery
• 1/4 cup chopped onion
• 1 teaspoon butter or margarine
• 6 cups chicken broth
• 1 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
• 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper
• 1 1/4 cups uncooked medium egg noodles
• 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley

Directions

1. In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, saute carrot, celery and onion in butter until tender. Add broth, chicken and seasonings; bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Add noodles; cook for 10 minutes or until tender. Add parsley.

Hello!! Everyone

Hola!!!! I´m excited to start this new Blog!!! I´m not very good at writing in English but i will try my best!!!
I will talk about our work in Leon México and share what God has been doing down here!!!!


It's been a good year so far , a lot of new things .

Im going to teach the 3-5 year old kids for the next 6 months.

I'm  in charge of the ladies breakfast and we'll start soon new bible studies with some friends and a small group in our house!!! So expect blog that talks about that and more!!
